The obvious problem with this level has not been solved. I received an email saying it was a duplicate question. Of course it was, a lot of people have the problem. I hope your only solution is not loading the app on a phone. if that's the case you need to take a look at your tech team. I refuse to use my phone for playing games. I've been playing candy crush for years now and it is one of the few games I enjoy playing. I hope you have a solution to this problem besides using a cell phone.
