Candy crush saga app on windows phone does not connect to facebook

I have been playing candy crush saga on my lumia windows phone, but now I am about to start using a new windows phone. When I choose the sign in with facebook option it goes to facebook and facebook tells me the permission is already setup and then the app tells could not connect.

I would not want to start playing again from level 1 with my new phone but instead to continue from the level of 453. Can you help me?

I'm no Windows Phone expert, but I'd say check for updates for both your Candy Crush Saga and your Facebook app, as well as for the Windows version you run on your phone.

Close all apps and turn off your phone. After a couple of minutes, restart it.

Log in to Facebook through the Facebook app installed on your Windows Phone. Open Candy Crush Saga and connect to Facebook.

If this doesn't work, then please specify what type of new Windows Phone you are using and I can Google for some more info for you.
