Is it possible to beat level 11626 with only 18moves? Thanks

A lot of levels have to little moves in my game ,have to do a level 50 times to get 35 moves for 10 goldbars . Level 11626 with 18 moves , no way. This is the 4 th level this row I am forced to use goldbars . On YouTube video level 11626 there are 30 moves. Why are my levels so hard.Not possible to win goldbars in race , everybody runs away.😢

On Level 11626 impossible to break one of the licorce, so cannot complete the level
