I don’t like the answer , you just took my team , to challenge a friend is certainly not the same 👎

I guess when you are making millions of dollars on a mobile app that is considered one of the best, you don't have to care about if your customers have the features taken away from them, even though others have it.

Another day another no report on F5... @Crazy Cat Lad I thought you listened to our feedbacks?

To all the moderators, admin etc please can you help us…. This has clearly affected and upset a lot of people. F5 has become a major part of the game and for me personally and from what I gather having corresponded with many different people online it is the main motivation for playing…. being part of a team, getting points to help achieve a common goal, helping yourself and your teammates to achieve the bonuses so that everyone can benefit and progress in the game. It is especially beneficial at the higher levels which can be near impossible to complete without a lot of patience and the much needed boosters. People, myself included have actually forged friendships with teammates online through Facebook and other forums and have spent a considerable amount of time searching for and creating the perfect team. It simply isn’t fair that others still have the F5 and are able to use it to progress in game while we can’t. My own teammates can still play the F5, they have sent me screenshots to prove I am still on the team but my score remains at zero. The same is true for loads of people. Please don’t ignore this email…. We deserve to have an answer to this and hopefully a solution or even an acknowledgment of the problem by King would be gratefully appreciated. Please don’t disrespect us by ignoring us, after all where would the game be without it’s loyal supporters…. most if not all of us have invested a considerable amount of time and in some cases money into playing this game, I myself am on level 5366…. I think we deserves some answers for our investment and loyalty to this game…. Don’t you???

I appreciate your answer but I don’t think anyone here is satisfied with their response. I don’t believe it to be a feature that should come and go, that doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. It is clearly either a deliberate act by King for some unknown reason or a bug in the game. But as you said… hopefully the “weight of the feedback” here can persuade them to actually sort out the problem. We can only hope!
