Lost my level when connecting Candy Crush to FB

When I tried to connect Candy Crush to Facebook on my iPad, the connection was only possible via my husband's FB and now is connected to his FB, so back to level 1 (when I was is level 444...). How can I connect back to my FB and back to my level? Thanks
