Hi I was notified that I had reached the 5000 level and to claim my badge- never got it

It looks like everyone here forgot to mention signing in and out of your account also! This is what worked for me :)
Hello cat2222 try playing level 5000 again. I found that when I didn't receive a milestone banner for level 3000 when I played the level again the banner appeared.
The email notification you have received from King doesn't guarantee that you will get a badge though. I received an email for every milestone I passed, but I never received a milestone banner from the email.

The badge / banner should automatically appear in your game. It usually appears after passing a few levels after the Milestone level. Don't worry if you haven't been able to get it now, it may appear at any time in the future.
In the meantime, make sure you always have the app updated and check in your settings that there is a tick on the Milestone Badge option.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On.
