Gold Bars

Every I move up one level you guys take my bars. Only once did I use them to cross the bridge. The reason is because you confiscate them before I can make use of them. never have a chance to use them even tho I never buy anything. This has happened on 4 occasions, maybe 5. I've now lost count. You owe me at least 36 bars. Also I have written several times. Yet, not once has anyone gotten back to me. Please have some courtesy and respond.This is seriously flawed. Totally pissed!!
