Which mobile device do you have?
I ask as most of the common models like Android and iOS are currently at level 1925.
I believe you might need to update the game in order to get more levels.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
