I am on level 215 and when I clear the board it says that I have not completed all the orders. What are the orders and how do you pass this level?

For level 215 you'll need to collect the special candies as well as reaching the target score.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
