As my questions keep being marked as duplicates of something about boosters, I will ask for a third time why progress is not synching across android and iOS devices. It has been almost three weeks and I have no answer

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
