As you can see my game is finished the fruit was falling but of course they said I lost the game and it’s annoying because I lost my streak and most importantly my progress. What’s more annoying is I have to play a game I already won! It was my last move and the joy of winning was taken away by cheating candy crush. It’s so annoying it takes the fun away from the game.

The fruit is falling the arrow is in the box below it as you can see it’s empty all the gum has been cleared I won the game but they said I lost. The fruit was still in motion it didn’t let the game stop on its own. It’s happened on several levels and now it’s annoying.
you can comment if you don’t know the level, you should have stopped at what’s wrong…

You did use a booster the wheel. And I finished it too without any boosters but clearly the program didn’t register that. That’s the issue. I did on my first try too so I lost my streak. It’s any easy level but again this happens a lot and they need to look into it or its probably a way for them to make money so people keep buying booster and lives super annoying again and it takes the fun from the game.

this is not the first time it’s happened. The game was working just fine the portals were there that’s how I knew how to finish the level and with the last move I won and the fruit was falling in and boom! All of the sudden I lost. I took a screenshot when it was clearing up. It didn’t require an extra move because it’s free flowing from that point unlike if it was on train tracks. Plus Even if they were invisible it should have fallen in regardless. I lost a level I already won and that’s frustrating even if it’s easy I don’t want to play it 100 times.
At this point I’ve just realized it’s a money thing. Because it’s an easy fix. I’ve long passed it now anyways. I’m just going to play sims now lol cause at least they fix their problems.
