If you haven't already tried on the game on the home screen there's the little wheel button and then there's a? To send a question I've gotten a lot faster responses through that, this is merely a forum for players to help other players and if the customer care team can get to you it's a lot of different issues they're dealing with on here, but it's faster to get through to them within a day you'll get an answer if you just click on the question mark that's on the homepage on the Little Wheel hopefully that helps you
