I have tried several times in the past weeks to purchase 10 bars or 50 bars. When I try to purchase either, I get the message saying this purchase has already been made and that the game will restore them for free. At that point, the game FREEZES as the game "appears" to be trying to restore the purchase. I have waited for close to 12 hours... purchase circle still spinning. I have closed out the game entirely and when I come back into the game I go to the cog and press restore purchase... I get the notice "purchases restore" but there isn't any change in the number of bars and I still can't purchase 10 or 50 bars. I'm just trying to figure out how to reset the dang purchase thing to just let me buy the bars when I want to. I try NOT to purchase bars, but on a few of the levels... after trying for DAYS... I just want to get done. So I use boosters and gold bars to continue the level... and then... ONE MORE extra try. NO MORE BARS and I can't get new ones. Just wasted a LOT of boosters and bars. I don't know if I am actually due any bars or not... If I am not due any, I just want to stop getting the notice that says I am; and if I am due the bars, then I just want to get them. Thanks for your help!
Hello all,
It appears that this is an issue coming from iTunes itself. The first thing you need to check is whether your iTunes account details are correct and if you're able to make other iTunes purchases.
Please check that your stored payment information is correct on iTunes and all details are up-to-date.

5) Sign out of Facebook using the blue Facebook link in the menu.
6) Double-tap the home button on your iOS device to bring up the list of running applications and swipe each to the left, to clear them from the screen.
7) Then go to your device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Sign Out of iTunes account.
8) Then turn your device off for around 5 minutes, so it clears the background cacheOnce you restart the device, sign back into your iTunes account and restart the game.

I'm going to try these steps but once the circle is spinning and it's sitting there showing the gold and how much the x to X out isn't highlighted and the box can't be closed. I was about to pass a level and needed to buy gold and couldn't! So frustrating.Hello all,

This didn't work and I'm still having this problem when I try to buy the 50 gold bars for $4.99. It will let me make the 99 cent purchase. I did the steps above and it didn't solve it.Hello all,
