Chocolate box is not working

I've done standard troubleshooting. Logging in and out. Delete the game and redownloading. But still no change. It shows an exclamation mark on my chocolate box but I can't open it

  • Same here. Tried all troubleshooting steps. The issue has to be on King's end.

    King deliberately 🤬🤬🤬🤬ed up the Chocolate Box, and until they rectify it, I'm refusing to play new levels/move up on my map.

    They think I'm going to complete those gold-level tasks for the same booster rewards as the default box? Think again! bahahahaha

    I agree with Jeff, @rawr1988 if you have tried all the troubleshooting techniques and they haven't worked then the issue must be caused by King.

    I was have same problem and i solve it

    1-logout your account from candy crush

    2-close candy crush

    3- clear cache

    4- open candy crush and play from level 1 to level 97 (without log in by account)

    5- chocolate box will appear after level 97

    6- play all chocolate box till get a prise

    7-log in your account chocolate box will open normaly
