since my last one seems to be closed
I was here because after I updated my password and name .. I could get it sync with my Ipad app
so you told me you need to uninstall it, and add them again but you will lose all your boosters and stuff
now I have another solution might help and need you to confirm me whether it's right or not
can I sign up with a new email to solve this out instead of the old one
that can save my current progress and boosters ... ( just like I did for the very first time) I played first then I made an account
and everything never changed... so can I?
@amurii - it sounds like you had never played the game with an email that will save your progress - like thru Facebook or a King.com account (different from you community account). So when you created a new account and stated saving your progress it started saving it from where you were currently playing.
@beautie - You can contact player support (thru the Contact us link below) and let them know you have lost your progress and they can restore your game to the level you were at.
so that's mean I want to save it like the same previous one, so if created different like sign up with new email would it save and continue played from where i stay and never lose my boosters .. can you confirm this for me? or like they say i will back with level #1

btw i was playing thru the App just for fun as i said and then comes save your progress so i did a sign up email thru the App
then after what happened, I updated the Name and Password .. I lost connection so I came here to post about my problem so i made account here in da community
that was the timeline of my problem.
I’m not sure you can do that. Your Player ID and progress is tied to that email account that you created. You might be able to create a new account and have player support restore your level but it wouldn’t bring you your saved boosters, gold bars and lives. Only gold bars and boosters you purchased and hadn’t used yet can be restored by player support.
