Welcome to the forum, Turkish player; and you have quite a few issues there.
You must fix your device clock settings, you must be on an ingredients level to use those coconut wheels; and it seems like you areĀ notĀ part of an experimental test group (ofĀ lab rats) with the feature,Ā seeĀ here.
Some will get adverts and others will not, different people get different features; so you just have to deal with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.
AndĀ doĀ notĀ delete the game in an attempt to receive the feature, as any accumulated boosters/received game livesĀ would also be deleted (if playing via mobile devices);Ā seeĀ this.
You are basically at theĀ mercyĀ of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you ever get the feature.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseās games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
