Those are "Player Cards" of other players that are near our level!
Candy team introduced this feature after removing the "High score" from the game! This facilitates us to make friends with all new players from all over the world.

Why have I got random people on my game
Hi there, the development team has recently made some changes to the way the Friend List works. It seems we all receive requests from random people now

All players in the game are real players. All players do not play daily or are inactive for some periods, therefore they do not generate any points in team activities for example.
Some players haven't saved their game via Facebook or by creating a King account, these players appear in the game as 'Player' and with a random character from any of the King games.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
