Pretty sure there's a problem on level 1949, third time that gets out when i win. There's no way To play it anymore, very desappointed

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
