Losing information on Candy Crush

This is the 3rd time that I have lost all of my special boosts. In addition, this time I was reset back to level 1804. I was on at least 1872. You can still even see the treasure chests up in the 1870s where I was. I had already sent requests the past 2 times when I lost items and never had a reply from anybody. How do I get my items back and get up to the correct level where I was?
