my phone crashed so I had to use windows devise recovery tool after restore my candy crush wont download and my candy crush soda as lost my levels please help me get them back

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
