Boosters Vanishing

Every time the free moves wheel at the end of a level resets, any boosters I have vanish. Also the daily bonus has vanished from my game entirely. The game seems to reset to never having gotten the candies that you collect for more boosters, telling me that they exist and when they appear in a level.

After it resets, the game acts as if I only just passed the previous level, showing the animation for moving to the next level.

I suggest you do a re-installation of the game. I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to do it:

1) Make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars) To save your boosters you'll need to do a backup of your mobile data - for instance iCloud if you have iOS. In Android Marshmallow you already have a backup feature for apps, so please use that one.

2) Un-install the app

3) Reboot your phone or tablet

4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Google Play or iTunes and click on 'install'

5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.

6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars. For the boosters you'll need to do a restore process in order to recreate them.

7) Done!

No support
II try to reach out to Player Support Team through the game but I only get the same automated reply over and over no matter what subject i choose. and there is no "chat with us' but a "contact us"
Deleting King account and creating a new
As I can't reach out to Player support team regarding my request to get a new Link to verify my email, It doesn't matter what subject I choose I get the same automated answer with no help and nothing happens when I answer the mail so I have concluded that it's impossible to get a new verification Link after 48hrs so I must…

Must I delete my King account and create a new one to send a new link to verify my email as it seem impossible to resend a new after 48hrs. It says that I can ask for a new link in the game through my King account but this is impossible and support can't help me with it so the only way must be to delete the king account…
Invite button
My invite button isn’t working. I already told the bot about it. I am waiting for response from team via email. Does anybody on this platform have any suggestions?
Old link expired
HOW and WHERE do you request a NEW link to verify your email address when the old link has expired? I have been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing is happening. I know you can play the game even if your email address is not verified, but it is very frustrating not to get any answers on how to do it.
