Hello pinkeleeann I received emails for levels 1000, 2000 and 3000 stating I had been awarded a milestone banner. Every time I clicked on the link all it did was try to open Facebook, which I do not have.
When I received my level 3000 email I once again didn't receive my milestone banner, but I didn't think anything of it as this was now normal. When I reached level 3024 I had a reason to play level 3000 again, and when I completed the level I received my milestone banner.
Long story short I suggest you play level 3000 again after a week or so and see if the same thing happens to you.
