I have purchased the gold packs several times (at least three times in the last month) that were supposed to include a mystery box. No mystery boxes! Where are they supposed to be!??!

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
