This level is eating up all my boosters. How do you get 800,008 thousand points in 45 seconds. This is impossible to win. Please help.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
