I came to 438 level Soda. Now I cannot play anymore Soda or candy crush. App start to open game and then close. I can play on my Iphone5 without problem.

I believe the iPad II doesn't have enough capacity to play the game - that's why you're experiencing issues when you try to start Soda Saga.
I suggest you play from another mobile device. Another option is to play the game on Facebook or King.com on a stationary computer.

Which device and OS version do you havethe problem with? Some of the older iPad/iPhone versions are no longer compatible with the game. Please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash
In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues.
Please also make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
You might also have to try to re-install the game. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars. Do make sure you have used your boosters and lives first, otherwise they'll miss after you re-install the game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
