how do I get the daily bonus wheel on candy crush?

My friends have and have had for quite a while the daily bonus wheel for candy crush. How can I get it??

Hi Racheljoanne!
The daily bonus wheel needs two things in order to work: Internet connection and a connection to either Facebook or Kingdom.
I suggest you first check if the Internet connection is OK (if you have the option then try 3G/4G instead of WiFi)

Thanks but I don't even have the option, there is no wheel on the screen??
