Why am I no longer receiving my mail? (windows 10 app)

No longer receiving mail notifications. They show up on my phone, and on facebook, but not on the app. This has been going on for months, and is the second time I have asked the question.

Try using the Troubleshooter app from Microsoft: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps (Please note that you will need to be logged in with your Microsoft ID before you can use the tool)
If the app still glitches then try re-installing it.
Please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook first - this way you'll make sure that all your game progress, highscores and gold bars are stored online.

Didn't work. This trouble shooter is way too general to fix a specific problem. I am still not getting any mail messages in Candy Crush in the windows 10 app.
