In level 1869, why aren't there +5's other than the 8 at the top?

I looked on line for help for this level. The videos all show +5's dropping throughout the level. Without this, the level does not seem possible. I've been on it for several weeks and am ready to quit Candy Crush. Is there a fix for this? I play on my iPhone 6 and on my computer in Facebook.
