Ok, in that case it could be either the game app on PC or your mobile which isn't syncing to your FB. What you want to do fiddle around with the connection in the game on both, try logging out and back in again and check for any difference afterwards. In the game on your mobile, do you sign in to FB via the browser pop up or do you have the FB app installed?
