Freezing at 69%

Why is the game Candy Crush constantly freezing at 69% on the load? Flash Player, etc is up to date on my pc and it is doing it in various browsers. It is also doing it on my iPad. I have cleared cache on computer and also cleared flash cache. I have asked this before and it states there is 1 reply. Where is the reply? I have not received it nor can I see it.

This fault is still present! It refuses to load past 69% on my iMac - and all caches and the guidance to rectify it HAS been followed.

I have done all of that; I did so before posting about the issue in the first place. All IOS updates are in place; all other areas (cache, Flash, etc) attended to. iPad loads now but iMac does not - and it has the new OS installed on it (OS Sierra). All other apps and games work fine. This one does not.
