In my old mobile iIwas on #1951 level and sync done with Facebook. But in new mobile after installing candy crush and face book it's showing #1928 level how to solve the problem.
If you check the game directly on Facebook then you'll be able to see where the progress on your mobile has synced to. If it doesn't match then the game on your old phone wasn't synced since the level which appears on your Facebook and will still only be locally saved on the mobile itself.
