After I updated the phone all of my levels disappeared. I have deleted and restarted the app as well as the FB app. I tried logging in with my email and it is saying it is invalid. The only original email that I know of is the same as my FB acct and it isn't working. Is there a way for you to see what was the original email that was linked to the account?

I have the same issue! I used to be on level 1010 something and since i updated the app it says i'm on level 471! Please could you fix this for me?
Hi everyone- It appears that some players are having some problems viewing their progress. If you are playing on an iOS device, please could you try these steps?
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
