Why do lives from friends show on my phone and not my PC?

I don't get any lives from friends on my pc, they alll come to my phone. I would prefer to get them on my PC

Boosters and lives do not synchronize across devices and platforms, they only go to the device or platform where you´re playing on.
If you want to get them on your PC, then you should play on your PC. You can play on Facebook and King.com and in Windows 10 too. Just make sure you double check your Facebook settings for the notifications of Candy Crush Saga.

I play on both-mostly on my PC through Windows 10 linked to facebook. I never get lives on my pc. It seems if I play mostly on the pc I would get lives there. It does ask me to send lives, but I never get any.
