All of my boosters have disappeared again (this happened a year ago as you'll see in a previous post). I'm currently on level 1925, so I had accumulated a lot them (15 to almost 50 of every one). Pretty disappointed.

I have the same problem and had between 75 and 100 of some boosters and 25-50 of other boosters. Where did they go? All I did was download the current update. Same phone. No response from King at all
King dont care anymore. I have sent 3 over the last 3 weeks and getting no reply. King has that many games candy crush seems to be one they NO longer care about and dont care about the current Players.
From all the recent posts seems like we all lost their boosts around the same time. I dont believe that the info is stored on the phone/ipad as this shouldnt happen during game play.
King is off my play list as they cant service their customers issues timely or even at all.

Same thing happened to me with my Kindle. I am devastated!! Is there anyway to get the boosters back??

I have sent several emails to king, contacted king community (as suggested) regarding my lost boosters with no actual personal response to rectifying the problem. it is amazing that you are a # 1 game in the world and this is how you treat your clientele. what I have learned from the king community is you have a lot of unanswered problems that are resulting in disgruntled clients that are now former clients. I have enjoyed this game up until now but feel that the lack of response to problems is a sure fire way to lose more customers. Ill try to be patient to see whether anyone gets back to me if not it just might be sign to move on to another game with another company.
