Candy Crash?

It appears there are a multitude of players with the same issue and from what I've read, you've either ignored or given useless information in lieu of actually addressing the issue. Players should not have to purchase new tablets, etc to conform with a game many have been playing for years. The developers should be able to create universal updates without glitches. And it isn't just with this one game, I'm experiencing crashes with all of the King.com games.
