Candy drop rewards

Hello, I play on FB and when I am awarded Candy Drop goodies, they are NEVER delivered even though I click 'sweet', check the messages, log out and in again, and search the game thoroughly. Why? Do you have an IT problem. I have had over ten award incidents, without any rewards. Kindly respond. Thank you. nzervakos@msn.com
