Why is level 245 in Candy Crush Saga cheating?

Level 245 is eliminating fair moves, changing candy colors to intentionally ruin any chance of moving forward, not creating wrapped candies according to the rules, and randomly exploding bombs with out allowing the full time for the bombs. ( a bomb just appeared out of nowhere, with only 2 moves on the timer) ! This is VERY UNFAIR ! This level needs to be changed to allow A FAIR GAME ! I'm done playing until this is rectified ! FRUSTRATION IS NO FUN AT ALL !
