CHEATED OUT OF GOLDBARS & MY MONEY

First of all I enjoy playing Candy crush when you're not cheating me out of my money! Paid 5 bucks to get thru a hard level then when I clicked play on with enough gold for 5 more moves you gave me no choice but to end the game & TOOK the gold bars. Don't you make enough money of us players NOT to have to be crooks? I want a refund!!!!
