Game freezes when it tries to restore a purchase.

I am trying to purchase gold bars for candy crush saga, but every time I try I get a message saying this purchase was already made. The purchase will be restored for free. So I push "ok" and then the game goes the next screen which shows perpetual loading. What do I do? I took pictures of both screens, if you need to see them.
