On level 1252 of Candy Crush, it will only shuffle once before telling me game over.

On level 1252 of Candy Crush, on my PC, it will only shuffle once before telling me game over. Level is full of licorice but should shuffle and let me make more matches but it will only shuffle once and then tell me game over. It plays like it should on my iphone and on my tablet. Is there any way around this on the PC?
