Can't log in. My account is gone and my sisters' is double.

My sister and I play Candy Crush Soda on the same device but have separate accounts. Now when I try to log in I get to my sisters account (when I try hers I get to her account aswell)

Her game/account is now connected with two e-mail address and mine is gone.

-We changed the password on her account

-We tried reinstalling the app

-We tried a different device

nothing helped! I was on level 627 I cannot start over!! Please help
