Help get me back to my game

Have been playing Candy Crush Saga for ages I think I was just getting or just over level 1800 when my game froze, I switched my ipad off & when I rebooted it it took me back to level 1. I uninstalled CCS & reinstalled it And I realised my sister's email & name was on it instead of mine. How is this possible? I can't get back to the game now & Im getting frustrated. How can I get back as myself & to the level I was before.
