Game not populating stuck on 68%. Please help.

Unable to play game. It's frozen at 68%. Starts and stops. For two days now the same thing. If it goes through it freezes and nothing. please help. I am frustrated not being able to play my candy crush. It is not my computer. I can play other games but not Candy Crush.
