After I changed my FB password and try to log in to Candy Crush it doesn't accept my new P/W?

After I changed my FB password, logging into Candy Crush it does not connect. I have updated my settings, turned my phone off, and still nothing. It's bothersome because I can't see the Leaderboard with my friends, nor can I get extra lives. I find it funny that the above things don't work, but there is no problem if I want to purchase boosters. Please let me now how to fix this.
