I lost: Over 20 Hand Swaps, over 20 Lollipop Hammers, over 30 Colour Bombs, Over 40 Stripe/Wrappers, Over 60 Donuts, Over 30 Fish, and over 20 Ticks. I was using them regularly, but only when I needed (Seems obvious) and these numbers are down from well over 70 of each. Overnight these all disappeared. There was no update, no connection issue and no Facebook issue.
After attempting to log a complaint, I have been blankly directed here over and over:

I've looked on here now, and the only advice from King seems to be, "We recommend not to get too many because you might lose them". That's not acceptable.
Given the various consumer laws and legislation world-wide, I'm not sure you're going to stand up to scrutiny here. You have a record of a player's boosters, so you could re-establish their quantities.
You'll also notice that companies are now being held to comply with local legislation and regulation (as per the court case of STEAM/Valve vs Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) last year). I would be interested to see what they have to say about this widespread issue.
Your customer service is woeful (non existent?) and you appear to be in violation. It needs to be addressed.
I want to be contacted to re-instate my lost boosters. I would like this for everyone on here being caught out and deceived about their purchases and winnings.
