candy crush login problems

I have an ipad and and iphone. My friend logged into her account on the ipad, and then logged out. Candy crush asked to connect to facebook and even though she was no longer logged in, candycrush is attaching itself to her facebook profile and not mine. I have logged out, I have unistalled and reinstalled candy crush on both devices and even though I am logged in as myself every time I want to play candycrush it attaches itself to her profile. How can I resolve this, because logging out of candy crush and then logging in does not give me a choice.

Hi Lisa!

Please try these steps in order to solve the issue:

1) Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device (please note that Boosters and Lives will be lost)

2) Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

4) Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

5) Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

6) Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

Once you're connected you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish.

Hi Lisa!

The game locks down to one player account so I don't think it will change anything whether you access the game from Safari or not.

I have an Android tablet and there it's possible to create multiple accounts. This way I can log into another account on Android and connect to second users Facebook account. Not sure if you have the same feature on iOS? If you do then it would solve the issue with multiple users on the same device.

I appreciate your answer on how to un install everything and then re-install facebook and candy crush on my ipad to be able to use it again under my name, as it was blocked under a friends email address.however I do have still a question. I would like to be able to switch users on candy crush, when I want, because I am not the only one who uses my ipad. Is this possible..it was...prior to candy crush locking me into one email address..I have not re installed facebook yet, only candy crush and am wondering if I should install it or just access it from the safari, would that help?

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
Lives per day.
Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
