Why did candy crush take my money for gold bars, deduct it from my bank and not give me all my gold

I bought 50 gold bars and for some reason it did not give them to me so I tried again and this time I was given them, BUT they took it out of my bank account both times ! I have played candy crush a long time and spent lots of money, if they don't rectify this I am done, They will never get another penny from me !
