How can I fix my candy crush ?

I have updated my phone I have updated candy crush saga several times I have cleared all the history on google chrome and updated it several times I have try deleting the app reinstalling didnt work tried turning my phone turning it back on didnt work everytime I try to play candy crush saga it kick me back to my homepage on my phone please help I havent played it in over a month ?

Which model of phone do you have?

If you are using an older device then please see these two threads:

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

Lives per day.
Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
Is there something I’m missing with level 13218, I can’t pass it, not even close.

I been trying to use my debit card to buy stuff but it keeps saying my account is blocked and I hv to call to get it removed but I don't understand why??

hi. The game froze 3 times when I tried to match a colour bomb to a stripe that may have let me complete the level. I lost 2 lives and was only given 1 UFO the first freeze
