It started me back at level 1. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Nothing has worked.

My mother also has the same issue. She did not register with a facebook account or a King user but she has played the game for a long time now, having to always wait for new episodes to be created. It is upsetting that the "update" forced her to uninstall the game and then make her lose all progress in it. Please help us fix this issue.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
