I've reloaded candy crush and lost my progress.

I had to delete candy crush when a glitch asking me to update would not go away. I've reloaded but now lost my progress - I was on roughly level 630 I think. I tried logging in using my email (tried both my addresses) but it did not recognise them. Please advise.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.
